The Honest Comparison
The Question Every Advisor Gets
“Can five couples have the privacy of a staffed oceanfront villa for less than resort rooms? Here, yes.”
Every bedroom is an oceanfront king suite with its own balcony, so there is no bad room for whoever books last. That makes Bristol Breeze unusually easy for couples’ trips, milestone birthdays and friends’ weeks.
The honest flip side: this house is built for adults. Beds do not split into twins, there are no rollaways, and stairs run throughout the house and down to the pool.
Best For
- Groups of 8–10 adults
- Milestone birthdays and couples’ trips
- Groups who want every room to feel equal
Not Ideal For
- Families with young children, all beds are kings
- Guests with limited mobility, stairs throughout
- Groups of more than 10

- Villa rates from the published 2026–27 rate sheet, per night. Plus 12% government tax and 10% service charge.
- The 10% service charge is mandatory, and the villa partner advises that staff receive at least 70% of it. A further cash tip is not obligatory. For exceptional service, we allow $3,000 for a high-season week and $2,000 in low season.
- The optional cash-tip allowance reflects about $150/day each for the butler and chef and $100/day for the housekeeper.
- Chef, butler and housekeeper included, approximately 8am–7pm. Food and beverage is modelled at $125 per person per day, the midpoint of the partner’s $100–$150 guidance, including one dinner out.
- Private van transfers: $600 round trip per 8 guests. SUV: $750/week.
- All-inclusive benchmarks use published ‘from’ estimates for a 5-star family resort in Providenciales. They include taxes, gratuities and transfers, do not change with the season selector, and can move materially with promotions.
- Christmas and New Year require a 10-night minimum. No promotions applied.
- Excluded on both sides: flights, spa, private boat charters, excursions and insurance.
