VILLA GYPSEA, St Barts

Perched on the heights of Lurin, the luxury villa Gypsea offers spectacular ocean views in a serene and private setting. This four-bedroom vacation retreat features two swimming pools and premium amenities, making it the perfect escape for families or friends seeking a blissful Caribbean getaway.

Contemporary in design and thoughtfully decorated, Villa Gypsea welcomes guests into spacious interiors that open to panoramic views of the sea and lush tropical greenery. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa facing a large TV, ideal for relaxed movie nights. Nearby, a striking raw wood dining table seats up to eight guests, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. Throughout the villa, warm wood tones and soft taupe accents complement the natural light that flows in from both the front and back. At the rear, a charming lawn area with hanging chairs provides a peaceful corner to unwind. Gentle trade winds drift through the open spaces, creating a tranquil, breezy atmosphere.

Out front, the main terrace showcases a stunning infinity pool that appears to blend seamlessly into the ocean. Comfortable daybeds line the poolside, while a shaded gazebo offers a plush lounge area with cushions and a front-row view of the horizon. An outdoor dining area under a covered portion of the deck seats up to eight, ideal for al fresco meals. Additional seating nooks offer quiet spots for reading or conversation beneath the swaying palms, where time seems to slow in this tropical haven.

Villa Gypsea features four elegant, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and views of either the ocean or the surrounding gardens. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, with a third on the lower floor. The fourth bedroom is set in a separate pavilion and includes a private kitchenette and its own swimming pool, nestled amid the island’s lush vegetation. Each room is tastefully styled in soothing earth tones and opens onto the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze throughout the day.
