EMERALD BREEZE, Leeward Settlement, Turks and Caicos

Accessed via a sweeping palm lined driveway, the clean lines of the villa’s exterior are offset by the beautiful tropical landscaping that surrounds it.

Stretching over two expansive floors, move effortlessly between the cool comfort of the interior and the soft sand and azure waters of Grace Bay. Inside, floor to ceiling windows and minimalist wood, stone and glass accentuate sublime views extending across the cays to the east of the island.

Outdoors, the spacious ‘L’ shaped terrace incorporates a covered bbq and Chef’s kitchen, with a heated infinity pool and beachfront sundeck leading down to the water. Kayaks and sports equipment are available for guest use, or simply soak up island life from the comfort of your lounger.

Emerald Breeze is the ultimate property for those seeking a contemporary villa experience in a blissful island location close to the conveniences of Grace Bay.

For larger groups, The Point (8 bedrooms) is just a short walk from Emerald Breeze (6 bedrooms) and can be booked together to accommodate a 14-bedroom getaway.
