PROPERTY INFO:

CASA BAHIA AZUL

Walk through the garden in the morning and Minitas Bay opens at the bottom, a wooden pier running into the water. Casa Bahia Azul sits directly on the bay in Punta Minitas, a strip of resort coastline where the beach starts at the foot of the property and the trade wind moves through the open-air pavilions all day. Five bedrooms sleep ten, built for five couples or two families who want their own slice of Minitas, with an included cook handling the meals at the villa.

Mornings start at the pier: first swim of the day with the bay still and the resort quiet. The infinity pool runs the length of the lawn down to the sand, so the group can move between the pool and the swim without anyone crossing paths. By midday the open-air living pavilion fills with whoever isn't in the water, the trade wind moving through the open sides. The spa treatment room sits in its own quiet corner of the property, ready for afternoon appointments. By sundown the alfresco dining table seats the full ten for dinner, the bay a few feet beyond.

Punta Minitas sits at the eastern end of Minitas Bay, with the resort's main beach club walkable from the front gate and the Marina a short ride across the river. A morning at the property pier can roll into lunch at Minitas Beach Club without anyone touching a cart, and the Marina restaurants are an easy drive when the group wants to eat off-property. Casa Bahia Azul is the villa to book when a group of ten wants its own beachfront and pier without losing easy access to the rest of the resort.
