# Arboles,Terrazas P21 – 3 Bedroom Vacation Rental in Punta Mita | Personal Villas ** Please drop us a message before booking the property as we need to check availability for all requests at this villa ** CONDO LOS ARBOLES - LAS TERRAZAS P21, Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico BEST FOR A family who want a six-seat golf cart, a bunk room for the children and Punta Mita's beach clubs — and who are not coming for the golf. THE RESIDENCE Condo Los Arboles is a three-bedroom in Las Terrazas, and the six-seat golf cart included with the stay is not a footnote — it is what lets the whole group move together rather than in relays. Inside, the layout runs to a bunk room alongside the main bedrooms, which is the arrangement families keep asking for and rarely find. It is a comfortable, unshowy condo rather than a statement one, and it is priced accordingly. What it buys you is the address: inside the Punta Mita gates, with the beach clubs and the gym that come with them. THE DAY Breakfast is prepared, housekeeping runs, and the cart handles the distance to the beach club. The afternoons are the resort's — the sand, the pools, the water — and the evenings are back on the terrace. It is a rhythm that suits families with children young enough that the day is organised around naps and meals rather than reservations. THE SETTING Las Terrazas, inside Punta Mita, on the Riviera Nayarit coast. The beach clubs, the marina, the restaurants and the gym are all within the gates. Bucerías and La Cruz are a short drive out. GOOD TO KNOW Two things to be clear about before booking. There is no access to the Punta Mita golf courses with this residence — if golf is the reason for the trip, this is not the condo. And there is no air conditioning in the bunk room, which is worth knowing if you are travelling in the hottest months. A rental contract is signed at the time of booking.
