CORAL COVE 9 - BEACHI, St James, Barbados

This impeccable 2,400 sq. ft. 3 bed beach front apartment is situated on the 2nd floor on the northern end of the ideally positioned Coral Cove apartment building and enjoys the best of sea, beach and classic Caribbean views. Being an end or corner unit # 9 enjoys a wide sea facing terrace and all bedrooms have plenty of windows allowing the light and breeze into all the rooms and living areas. Fortunately any development directly to the north has been completed and now an uber luxury 2 storey villa sits directly next door with One Sandy Lane beyond.

A modern kitchen with breakfast bar sets the scene for the most comfortable of living areas which flows effortlessly via sliding doors onto the tremendous sea facing terrace, large enough to accommodate outdoor dining, sun loungers and relaxed social seating. The luxurious master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom also enjoys the same magnificent sea views and also opens onto the main terrace via sliding terrace doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also include en suite bathrooms and all bedrooms and living areas are air conditioned with ceiling fans. As this desirable property has never been rented the furniture is of a high quality and the minimal occupancy and round the clock management have helped maintain the show room ready appearance of this sensational home.

The property comes turn key ready with all modern appliances with the exception of a few personal items and will guarantee a healthy rental income should the very reasonable running costs need to be covered by rental income. Communal amenities include manned 24 security, electric gates, covered parking and of course direct and private access onto one of if not the nicest beaches on the West Coast of Barbados where private sun loungers and umbrellas await – also enjoy safe swimming and long walks along Paynes Bay Beach.
