MULLINS MILL 8BR, Gibbs, Saint Peter, Barbados

Located on eight acres of landscaped grounds, Mullins Mill is a distinctive villa exuding unparalleled charm. Embracing its history, the main house intertwines modern comfort with the heritage of a 17th-century sugar mill, ensuring absolute seclusion across the property's expanse.

Guests are welcomed into a sanctuary of privacy, with two guest cottages seamlessly integrated into the serene surroundings. Perched atop the ridgeside, a cosy gazebo offers panoramic vistas of the Barbados coastline, while a ridgeside infinity pool, complete with a beach house and separate Jacuzzi, beckons just a brief stroll through lush tropical gardens—approximately 100 yards south of the main residence. Eastward, a floodlit tennis court, alongside manicured gardens and an orchard, invites leisurely pursuits amidst nature's embrace.

Ideal for families seeking both intimacy and space, Mullins Mill boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, with accommodations distributed across the main house, ridgeside cottage, and gate cottages. A spacious sitting/dining verandah, overlooking the verdant gardens and the captivating ridgeside gazebo, offers unparalleled ocean vistas, setting the stage for unforgettable moments.
