The lush green lawn leads to the pool area on the east side with a wide sundeck, casual seating area, and a pool-side wet bar. Conveniently located on the beach is a picnic table for lunches, sun loungers, and a hammock for afternoon relaxation. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, a comfortable sitting room inside, and a large verandah that spans the front of the villa with dining and comfortable seating areas.
